“Good buy for the money”

I was pretty satisfied with this hotel. The room I got was clean and above average compared to the other places I stayed in Vietnam. Of course, the price was slightly higher ($20/single/night). But that cost was reflected by the complimentary fruits and chips, and computer in the room. The breakfast buffet was simple but still more than what I've been getting at other hostels. There werebaguettes, jam, butter, fruits, coffee, spring rolls, noodles, stir fried veges. You could also order eggs to your likeing (fried, omelette, scrambled).

The only complaint I had was that my room didn't have a window. Well, it did, but the window overlooked the wall of another building. If sunlight in the morning is imperative to you (as it is for me), make sure you ask for a room in the upper floors!

We met many people during our trip along the coast from north to south of Vietnam. We also gave your adress to your hotell and we do hope that some of them found your hotell and stayed there. We met two families from Denmark and one couple from the north of Sweden and they also get your card. It is very cold here and yesterday we got a lot of snow and we don´t like this weather. We had some fine days in Mui Nhe and we relaxed on the beach. We will never forget our interesting days in Hanoi and your wery good hotel and you and your friendly staff. Kind regards from

Nothing wrong with this place!

I stayed here in Nov, 2007 with my friends. Room is large and bring with pc, cable TV, mini bar, telephone....private bathroom with tub. Good price and nice staff. Surely recommend this hotel!

Great service!

I am very comfortable here. It is so clean, and there are no mosquitoes or bugs. The mattresses are so comfortable! The breakfasts are full and delicious. A lot of effort goes into the guests here. Classic 2 hotel

Above all, the hotel is located in the one of Hanoi ancient street - at the centre of the city, easier to access all nice places by foot.

We stayed at Classic 2 Hotel November 25th; on our way to the Airport the next day my wife discovered she left her ear rings in our room. The hotel staff sent out a second Taxi and delivered the ear rings to her well in time before our flight.

This is very safe place, friendly staff, very big room, lighting with luxury Chinese style furniture. We would recommend you to this hotel. They have only 10 rooms so you should book ahead. Fritz and Louise Banff, Alberta Canada

We allready visited Classic 2 Hotel three times in middle of september, fro 19th and forward before going to Halong Bay, and after Halong before going to Sapa, and after Sapa before flying to Hna Thrang. We had a good time in this hotel, I will recommend it to other danish families.

"Excellent place"

I and my family have visited Hanoi and stayed in Classic 2 hotel. It was a excellent hotel. There are 01 big bed and 02 singles beds in our room, It is so good, clean and suitable for my family. We acctually had a great and relaxable time there. We also joined in the tours with Sunshine travel in Classic 2 Hotel to Halong bay for 02 days and Sapa for 03 days. The staff there are so helpful and friendly. Last Visit:December 2006

"Good choice in Hanoi"

I have stayed here 2 times. It is very nice hotel with large room, nice classical style furniture, friendly and helpful staff. Especially there is computer and ADSL internet connection in the room. This hotel is good for family stay as the have big rooms with one double bed and 1 or 2 single bed. Last Visit:September 2006
